this is a week that i just wish was over already omg omg omg
Sookie is in some bedroom on a high bed and there’s a bunch of vampires watching at the door. I guess they don’t see too many people that survive a staking. A vampire called Ray Don wearing vinyl pants is lying next to her. Uh, yay? Ray Don has an extra supply of super-special-vampire-healing chemicals in his body so he’s going to clean the wound and heal it. Not quite sure how… is he going to like, drip healing stuff from his fangs like a snake spits poison?
The stake is removed and it’s pretty painful.
It’s nasty.
She wakes up in the morning with a half naked Eric snuggling her in a state of downtime. Eric is making a habit of this.
There was a large circle of scar tissue on the site of the wound. It was hot and shiny and red and somehow glossy.
I don’t think it does with your underwear unfortunately.
Eric wakes up and examines the wound and then tries to have sex with Sookie. What is it with the men in the Sookie Stackhouse books? They have absolutely no sense of timing. I don’t think that it’s best to try and get it on with someone when they’re recovering from a major wound that possibly nicked a kidney. Does not make for funtimes.
Needless to say, Sookie does nothing to stop it. I’m guessing she doesn’t care that much for her recovery.
Then the window flew open, and Bubba crawled in.
Now there’s a guy with some a great sense of timing.
Eric tells Bubba to search the estate for Bill before giving Sookie some of his blood to heal which surely would have been a better idea before you tried to sleep with her.
Eric moaned, and I could tell quickly that he was once again pleased to be in such close contact.
oh. oh.
….ewwwwww…..
I felt wetness against my back.
That’s just impolite.
Sookie jumps out of bed before he can feed on her, and then a nicely polite vampire brings her some clothes to wear which is a practical, nice thing. Sookie feels bad about the wet patch on her back.
It was no excuse that I knew Bill had been unfaithful to me, or at least it wasn’t much of an excuse.
So all stuff you did with Alcide? Is that totally exempt from cheating? Cause in my book that’s firmly in the cheating court.
Bubba comes back, having found Bill. He’s in pretty bad shape but he’s still alive, in the vampire sense of being alive. He’s in a room off the garage in an old room where saddles where kept and stuff. There are three vampires in there with him, including one woman who has the knife. She knows how to cut a bitch up. Sookie waits until the vampires are mainly asleep before she starts creeping about the mansion to find Bill. Eric’s found a car for her to drive away with Bill into a sunset sky. He wishes her luck, and then reminds her he doesn’t like to have feelings.
I think you rather enjoy your feelings Eric.
